The cheapest way to market your restaurant is to get your food into people’s mouths!
We need to be out in the community. Wherever people gather, we need to be there as local restaurant owners. We need to proudly serve our food.
For instance, we are in an election season and there are all kinds of events happening locally. We want to share footage from one of our local events called Meet the Candidates. People who want to be a part of the city council gather to hear the candidates and ask important questions.
We contacted our local Chamber of Commerce and asked if we could bring out some pizzas for everyone. How can you say “no” to donated pizza?
We were able to meet people, shake some hands and build good will. It is important to always be sowing seeds of good will in the community. Wherever people are, that’s where we need to be.
It's the easiest way to spread the word about your food. Whether we gain customers or not, it doesn’t matter because we are sowing good will seeds. In time, we will reap the harvest from these sowing these seeds on a daily basis.
Your call to action in this video is to look up your local Chamber of Commerce and find their events calendar.
Contact the people in charge of these events and ask if you can donate food. I promise you won’t be turned away. Let us know what events are going on in your community and how you sowed some seeds.
We’d love to hear from you!
