If you’ve been following our blogs, you will see how passionate we are about giving our customers and community our best.
It’s our passion for food and people that drives us to be the best.
We need to be there for people when they need it the most.
Look for opportunities to serve others.
Our customers know that we host birthday parties, graduations, etc, but many don’t see what we do beyond the 4 walls.
Our passion for the community leads us to participate in local parades and events, drop complimentary pizzas to business neighbors, donate to schools and other charitable organizations.
We also answer all online reviews personally and make things right when something goes wrong.
Mattengas is an active member of The Chamber and participates monthly in their meetings.
We also send pizzas regularly to all the local police, fire and city offices and thank them for their service to our community.
On a more personal level, we look for ways to brighten our customer’s day if they are in need.
We’d love to send over a meal to a young mother who just gave birth, letting her know we are thinking of the family.
Mattengas also celebrates birthdays with a free personal pizza.
It’s that personal touch that a pizza giant can’t compete with.
We consciously strive to connect on that personal level so our customers will come to know and trust us.
